Overview

The original Powerflex PB350 was manufactured by Advance Power at their Bishop's Stortford site for a number of years until the end of production in the early nineties. They were widely acclaimed for their inherent reliability and flexibility and were sold in relatively high quantities both in the UK and internationally.

The PB350 design utilised a free running inverter with upto 6 plug in output modules based on mag-amp technology. Required cooling air was provided by a cover mounted DC fan.

Advance Product Services (APS) recognise the implications to end users of the obsolescence of this particular power supply and understand the need for a replacement product which meets or exceeds the specification of the original part, using modern components and manufacturing techniques.

To this end, APS have designed a form, fit & function replacement utilising fully approved DC/DC base converter modules in conjunction with a purpose built signals package to meet or exceed the performance of the original power supply in all respects.

All APS power supplies are subjected to a full burn in and parametric test prior to leaving the factory to ensure 100% product compliance and are covered by a 2 year return to base warranty.
